Department Group primary language can be set Setup Admin > Departments > Department Groups area. The primary language of the department group is the language text of the initial chat request window before the visitor selects a department from the dropdown list
When updating the chat operator settings (Setup Admin > Operators), there is now an option to copy the file upload setting to all operators
Various additional language text values can be updated at the Setup Admin > Interface > Language Text area
For "All Departments" or department groups, the visitor chat request "Name" form field will not be visible until a department is selected. Previous versions displayed the "Name" field whether a department is selected or not selected.
For the Department Group visitor chat window, the initial button displays the "Start Chat" text rather then "Submit" text. It now displays the "Submit" text as the initial button text. After selecting a department the button text will change to "Start Chat" or "Send Email"
When updating a department and the language was changed, the system will automatically update various stored text in the database to the corresponding new language text if the default text has not been changed
The chat declined (bell alert) window on the operator chat console will indicate if the decline was a result of the visitor cancelling the chat request during the routing cycle
Some systems with modified masked directory path for the DOCUMENT_ROOT variable may experience page load looping on the login screen - fixed
Various language texts that have been updated at Setup Admin > Interface > Language Text area sometimes may show %20 instead of space characters on the chat request window - fixed
