Categorize chat sessions with Tags

Categorize chats with tags (example: "important", "sales lead", "high interest").  Enabling tags will provide chat operators a method to tag a chat during a chat session and view past chat transcripts based on tags.

 

 

To create chat Tags, here is what you will want to do:

 

* Documentations are written assuming that your PHP Live! is always the latest version.  If you do not see the menu options or the feature, you may want to upgrade your system to the latest version.  The latest version can be downloaded at the client area. 

 

  1. Login to your PHP Live! Setup Admin area
  2. Click the top menu "Transcripts"
  3. Continue to the "Tags" sub menu
  4. Create/Edit tags
  5. Save and Done!

 

 

After creating the chat tags, the tags will be available for selection on the chat operator console.
